Great hospitality, and prime location to Udawale national park, and just down the road (3 min drive) from the Elephant Transit Home. The room was just like the pictures, and the surrounding forest and river are magical. We even encountered some monkeys on the property which was a nice surprise. Breakfast was filling and delicious, a combination of traditional Sri Lankan sweets and breakfast foods with fruit. The owner and workers are incredibly courteous, offered some good safari deals, and even showed us some of the cinnamon, curry leaves, and pepper plant which are all on their property. Would 100% recommend to anyone staying in the area! Extremely reasonable price.

The staff was so incredibly nice and kind and the room was so clean and luxurious. Incredibly Good Price. 10/10 we would recommend

Offering garden views, EMERALD HAVEN SAFARI Cottages in Udawalawe offers accommodation, an outdoor swimming pool, a garden, a terrace and a restaurant. the room was spacious and clean, with a lovely outdoor jungle view. The hotel arranged a safari for us, which was well-organized and an unforgettable experience. The pool, food, and service were all good and matched my budget. they are not greedy for money like other hotels.

A green and beautifully run guest house where we really like to stay. The owners were some of the kindest people we met and went out of their way to give us advice and a smile! The owners talk to us very well. Dinner was perfect, very romantic and delicious buffet. We also booked a safari through them which we love, it was just the two of us in the jeep and we saw more elephants with a knowledgeable driver ( sujee ) .Definitely getting old. Thank you for your wonderful hospitality

An amazing guest house with three rooms, and a large common area, located at the foot of dramatic and lush hill. We managed some very nice birding just sitting in the garden. A truly relaxing setting in nature. The staff was very friendly and efficient, and the meals were delicious.

Oasis Wild Cottage er staðsett 17 km frá Udawalawe-þjóðgarðinum og býður upp á gistirými með garði, verönd og sameiginlegu eldhúsi, gestum til þæginda. Fantastic place to stay, from the hosts to the actual room, to the location...We have only beautiful things to say. Communication with the owner was very easy and quick. The amenities were great. The room was wonderful & clean. Safari was Amazing. We could see so many Animals. Such as Sri Lankan leopards, deer, wild boar, water buffalos, crocodiles & a large number of varying Birds species (eagles, parrots, owls, and peacocks....) We had a great experience with the Oasis Wild Cottage. We definitely plan to return to OWC!
