Now I know what my ideal happy place looks like. The view, the hot tub, every little detail about the house was perfect. And the fooood! We ordered homemade dinner as an extra and it was indescribably fantastic (mixed grill, peppers and salad). Also, the owners let us treat ourselves to whatever berries and fruit we find in their garden and it was as if we came to datcha of my childhood. Daria, Damir and Damir's father did an amazing job of creating a perfect retreat place - the kind you start missing before you even leave it.

It’s an absolutely surprising green oasis next to a nice lake. The rooms are cosy and comfortable. The restaurant is high quality and the staff who owns the place make you feel at home.

The location is incredible: it’s in the grove of olive trees and in walking distance from Ulcinj. We loved the outside terrace. It was very private, although it’s next to the main road. The room is very tastefully decorated and clean.

Meris asub Ulcinj'is Ada Bojana ranna lähedal, 42 km kaugusel Bari sadamast. Kohapeal on jõevaatega rõdu, aed ja grillimisvõimalus. An entirely mindblowing place to rest and reset! You wake up in the cosy sailing-style wooden chalet, go outside, and jump into the beautiful river of Buna (Bojana)! Your terrace turns out to be your private small pier:) You are swimming ten meters ahead and see the river mouth to the sea - just a few hundred meters down the river:)! Isn't it a paradise on Earth? For us, it was! Seven minutes by foot to the nearest quiet sandy beach with bars and restaurants. Ten minutes by car to the long set of kitesurfing spots. Live it up!

The Congo Bungalow exceeded our expectations. The property was clean and had everything we needed. Although it was off-season, the property was maintained as if it were a hotel with guests and cleaning staff circulating all the time. The property had beautiful patio furniture and the indoor amenities were plentiful (i.e. kitchen was stocked, bathroom was stocked, laundry room was stocked, etc.) The tranquility of this location is unbeatable - especially since the area is considered a quiet zone. The extra blankets in the bedrooms were perfect for putting on our laps as we read our books on the beautiful balcony overlooking the water. Also, as a note - please make sure to communicate with the host on how to arrive to the location. It was a little tricky going under the bridge where it felt like we were going in the wrong direction, but obviously we weren't.
