Surrounded by the Black River Natural Park and the mountains of Chamarel, Lakaz Chamarel Exclusive Lodge offers sweeping ocean views. The lodge is 6 km from La Goulette village. Very natural and serene location. Green, charming and eye catching. Convenient and stylish lodges, open air shower and pools. Kept closed to residents only, so feels like you almost on your own there. Great view at sunset from the bar atop the hill. Staff are best from what you could expect. A-la-carte menu and wine list in the main restaurant is fairly good and actually one could spend a few days without leaving the premises (we stayed for 2 nights). All-in-all makes your stay memorable and we will stay here again for a part of our journey next year.

Set 13 km from Paradis Golf Club, Tree Top View Lodge offers a garden, and air-conditioned accommodation with a balcony and free WiFi. Everything exceeded our expectations! Kristina and Vincent were incredibly warm and welcoming hosts who made us feel right at home. The lodges were beautifully maintained, comfortable, and had all the amenities we needed. The location was perfect, the atmosphere was peaceful, and the attention to detail was remarkable. Their genuine hospitality and passion for what they do truly made our stay unforgettable. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

The accommodation was ideal for a couple. The position was ldylic for us, as was close to the beach and the river. The use of a car as it not close to shops or restaurants was a bonus

The environment is great, “this is it”, I said as soon as I entered the garden. Location convenience, cleanliness, aesthetics, innovation and sincerity are all here. Since I rented a car, this place was very useful. If you do not plan to rent it, you will have a hard time. This is an accommodation in nature with the sounds of birds, but if you are afraid of ants and small insects, it may not be suitable for you. I don't think they are disturbing at all. What you see in the pictures is the same. The host and her family are a bonus. They are very sincere and caring. Car parking is not a problem, it is right next to the house, in the garden. Safe, suitable for single woman travelers. Supermarkets are 10 minutes away by car. I recommend you to have a delicious breakfast on the terrace, do your shopping (including drinking water) before your arrival. I liked the location of the house very much. You can reach Le Morne beach in half an hour and immerse yourself in the waters. Casela Adventure Park is 15 minutes away, La Vallee des Couleurs Nature Park is 45 minutes away (I recommend zipline), and the activities in Chamarel are half an hour away. You can also find great restaurants by the sea 15-20 minutes away.

The host was there to welcome us, she was very friendly and very helpful, showed us around. We appreciated her prompt replies whenever we needed some advice. I will definitely recommend this location it is great value for money
