Bakwa lodge is a little gem on beautiful Rodrigues island. Such a quiet and wonderful location, with the (usually empty) beach in front, surrounded by nature, but still in walking distance of a shop and a few eating places. The staff is lovely and very helpful. They organized a scooter to rent, and this was (for me) the perfect way to discover all corners of the island. It‘s also located at the start of the Mourouk-Pt.Coton hike, which is amazing. The semi-attached bungalows are beautifully decorated, nicely made, with outdoor shower (GREAT), a comfy bed, and really all you need also for a longer stay. I definitely recommend this „Bijou“ of place when being on Rodrigues island.

Offering an outdoor pool and a restaurant, Domaine de La Paix Sedim Ltd is located in Port Mathurin. Free WiFi access is available in this lodge. Room well decorated, staff hospitality was awesome as the owner offered herself to drive us to the local restaurant in the first day because we had no car that day. The pool area is very nice, breakfast was ok and the place is very calm.

He gave us a lot of information and advice which make our stay a real success. The staff Jocelyn and Liseby were very helpful and theirs service was great. They even washed and ironed our clothes.

The setting was peaceful and beautiful, felt very secluded despite being minutes from Port Mathurin. The host was very welcoming but discreet and communicated prior to arrival to ensure an easy check in.

Origin Eco Chalets is a very private, calm and exclusive little resort. The Chalets are overlooking a beautiful valley from where one can observe bird life and the Ridrigues bats, and simply relax deeply. The restaurant offers amazing food and wine! The entire place was designed beautifully and with intention. We loved the authenticity of Origin and the use of their own produce. We can highly recommend this magical spot.

IZAVA LODGE มีทำเลที่ตั้งอยู่ห่างจาก Francois Leguat Reserve 19 กม. the views and location are incredible!! located in a very safe neighbourhood, extremely close to Pt Coton, Fumier, Trou d’Argent- all the best beaches in Rodrigues!!! the lodge is impeccably clean, well decorated, both beds are very comfortable, kitchen very well stocked. the host is such a sweet & kind woman, and was very helpful in arranging a rental car for me and answering all my questions.

Excellent Experience! Jean reached out to me before my arrival, providing invaluable information, including tips on car rentals and excursions. Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed—with a fridge stocked with snacks, which was a lovely touch! The location is perfect for nature lovers, offering a serene and idyllic setting. One of the most delightful surprises was the host’s thoughtful gesture—every morning, fresh baguettes and croissants were delivered right to our door for breakfast. I highly recommend Lily Pad Lodge and would definitely stay here again when visiting Rodrigues. Thank you for an unforgettable experience!
