The walk up the mountain behind it at dawn was memorable and the scenery stunning. The breakfast was very good with little birds flying around us! The staff was very friendly and helpful, especially Ndina, whom we nagged with quite a few requests.

With the old car theme and imaginative decor, the ambience is unique. The staff were lovely from the restaurant, reception and bar to the extremely helpful Christian, who seemed to be everywhere and made sure we had a mechanic to fix a technical issue with our car. The food we had for lunch and dinner was also lovely. I highly recommend staying here, but make sure you book early!

The view is just great. Each house has a direct view of the canyon. Very picturesque setting, spacious rooms and delicious dinner options. Staff was friendly and helpful. Surrounded by natural African gardens, this eco-friendly lodge offers bright rooms with a terrace overlooking the Gurib River bed. The breakfast was excellent thank you. The decor in your units is interesting and well planned. The succulants was very interesting and brilliantly done.
