The location is perfect — quiet, surrounded by forest and beautiful nature. Special thanks to the staff! Everyone was very friendly, attentive, and ready to help in any situation. You can really feel that they care about their guests. The room was clean and cozy, with everything we needed. We enjoyed both breakfast and especially dinner — everything was tasty and made with care. A great place for a peaceful getaway. We will definitely come back!

Staying at Holmen Husky is an experience far away from staying at an ordinary hotel. We want our guests to get closer to nature and to get a taste of what it is like to live close to the elements. Holmen Husky was the highlight of our month long trip. From sleeping in lavu to the food to the wonderful dogs that wait for you to walk past and rub their tummies. The staff are exceptional with a special shout out to Tess who fit us in for the amazing husky sledding and Wico for his amazing food. I cannot recommend this place enough. We even watched the Aurora from our bed! A great place for kids too....

10 km from Alta City and 500 metres from Alta River lies Trasti & Trine Boutique Hotel. Surrounded by forest, the location offers good hiking, skiing and biking trails straight from the cottage door. Extraordinary breakfast and dinner Northern lights just above our cabin every night during our 2-nights stay Trina welcome us without asking for our booking confirmation or passport, as if we were family :)
