Everything was picture perfect but most of all the friendliness of the hosts made our stay fantastic. What else is there to say: the food was excellent, the cocktails were great, the information provided and the help by the hosts to make arrangements made it a very relaxing holiday.

It really feels like you’re away from daily life. In the middle of nature. Wonderful flora and fauna (saw sloths, monkeys and so much more!). Also such easy, quick and helpful communication with the owner Jennifer. She will help you with anything you may need at any moment of the day!

The house was very well decorated and finished to a high standard. The reef around it was beautiful, we seen a spotted eagle ray, octopus, moray, barracuda, toadfish, and more while snorkelling. Very peaceful, the owners live close by and stocked up the mini fridge within minutes of us asking. There was also the offer of breakfast and a 3 course dinner, which we didn't take, but in hindsight, might have made the trip even better. Wonderful 2 nights and would highly recommend. There was drinking water provided, warm showers, a toaster and a gas hob and the hosts were in contact before and during my visit, so i could find out anything i needed to know in advance.

The great friendliness, however, is what really makes Chalet Tropical stand out. Making you feel like family is something Sarah and her staff go above and beyond for. They assisted with tour planning, suggested local attractions and undiscovered The setting is ideal: it's tucked away enough to let you feel completely surrounded by nature, yet also close enough to the village and beaches to explore with ease. It was a magical experience to wake up to the sounds of birds and fall asleep beneath a starry sky. Chalet Tropical is an experience more than just a place to stay. This is what you're searching for if you want something genuinely genuine, soul-stirring, and unforgettable. We were inspired, at ease, and already daydreaming about going back.

Gististaðurinn er í Bocas del Toro á Isla Colon-svæðinu, með Paunch-ströndinni og Carenero Noreste-ströndinni. Incredible and kind hosts, Maxi took us to the beach to show us the best places to surf and how to safely get in and out. It is a wonderful casita lodge in the middle of the jungle but 5 minutes from everywhere you need. Maxi and Jane even lent us bicycles to ride around - looking forward to staying here again

The nature is unique. Bungalows are clean, spacious with all you need. Comfortable bed and amazing view. Nice house reef. Tasty food.

Skully's House er staðsett í 300 metra fjarlægð frá Paunch-ströndinni og býður upp á gistirými, veitingastað, útisundlaug, verönd og bar. Ókeypis WiFi er í boði hvarvetna á gististaðnum. WOW, we LOVED our stay at Skully’s!! We kept saying over and over how glad we were that we had picked this place to stay, and were sad to leave and go to the next place after 2 days. We even recommended it to a couple we met later, who changed from their original hotel in Bocas town to Skully’s. The location was perfect — away from the town, but we super easy to get to the town by taxi, or as we did the second day, by renting electric bikes from Skully’s. The private beach was incredible — walking right outside our door and seeing the ocean and having lots of beach furniture free to use. They even provided 2 beach chairs in our closet which was such a nice touch. We also loved having the restaurant on site (all of the food was great — would have loved more local options, but we appreciated the convenience and variety) as well as the bar. Both the food and drinks were pricey, but we liked the convenience of them being there. We also enjoyed using the pool tables (billiards) and sitting in the pool/next to the pool when eating. Being able to rent electric bikes right there was great too. Have recommended it to many people since, and would definitely come back!!
