We had a wonderful experience staying at Casa de Mario. The location is perfect, right on the hiking trail to Gocta waterfall, with a beautiful view of the falls from the property. The village is quiet and peaceful, surrounded by nature. Mario is an exceptional host — he knows everything about the area and made us feel completely at home. He even made us a delicious homemade pizza with a purple corn crust — everything organic and full of flavor. We saw hummingbirds in the garden and many other beautiful birds around the property. It’s a great spot for bird lovers and nature lovers in general. If you’re coming to Cocachimba, don’t hesitate — Casa de Mario is the perfect place to stay!

Die Unterkunft Mamaq Tambo Lodge, die in Cocachimba gelegen ist, bietet Bergblick sowie ein Restaurant, eine Gemeinschaftslounge, eine Bar, einen Garten, einen Außenpool und eine Terrasse. beautiful surroundings, in the nature, very quiet but only a short walk from the village ( if you need a store), they prepare really tasty food and bread ( they also have their own vegetable garden ), friendly staff and owners that help you with everything, bungalows are spacious, two flloor with gallery, bright and nicely decorated, huge bathroom, view over Gocta from the upper windows, comfy terasse and nice gardens all around, they also brought us tea with sweets in the afternoon for no extra charge, we were two families with teenage kids and all loved the place.

Es war eine großartige Zeit- uns tat es sehr leid, dass wir aufgrund unseres sehr engen Zeitplanes nicht länger vor Ort sein konnten! Die Lodge ist wunderschön und durch das sehr freundliche, liebevolle Personal wird die Zeit dort grandios!
