It's surrounded by nature and a beautiful flowing river. The bedrooms are so beautiful, comfortable, and clean The owner is so pleasant, generous, welcoming, and kind. We loved her! Offering a sun terrace and views of the mountain, The Lazy Dog Inn is situated 7 km from Huaraz, and 3,650 metres above sea level. Almost all units include a balcony and/or patio. The Lazy Dog inn is a wonderfully run eco lodge above Huarez and very close to many wonderful hikes. The owners have done a fantastic job of integrating their lodge into the local environment and economy. The staff were all fantastic-especially the women working the kitchen-meals were superb made with fresh grown crops from the green houses onsite. Wayne was a wealth of information and a pleasure to talk with after a day in the mountains. I cannot recommend this place enough!

Cuesta Serena is a boutique hotel offering accommodations with free WiFi access in common areas and mountain views in Anta-Huaraz. The views from the hotel are amazing, you feel hugged by the mountains. I booked a short stay to relax before going to a conference. I also booked massages and Reiki. Truly a relaxing experience and I would definitely go back.
