We loved this hotel! 100% our very favourite accommodation in 6 weeks in Peru! The family operating this hotel is some of the kindest people we met and they will help you with anything you need :) Their property is huge and they show you around and explain to you everything you need and want to know! I was sick for 2 days, and they even made me a special herbal tea from an Amazonian plant that helped me a lot. Even the food - amazing!! All the meals are delicious, freshly prepared, and made with a lot of local and seasonal plants from their 14-hectare land. On our walk, we even went to pick fruits with them, which we could try 5 minutes later! This was truly an amazing experience, and this hotel alone was worth the commute to Iquitos.

The staff were very knowledgeable about the different species of animals. I really enjoyed feeding the bully monkeys that came down to the boat we were on. A great experience thru the Rainforest during high season.

Jacamar Lodge Expeditions asub Amazonase jõe kaldal keset džunglit ja 120 km kaugusel Iquitos kesklinnast. See maalähedane hostel pakub erinevaid tegevusi jões ja džunglis. Danny was the best tour guide. He took good care of us and gave us the best jungle experience according to our needs. We saw so many different animals (sloth, baby alligator, piranhas, dolphins, birds, wolf spider, firefly and many others) during a short stay, thank you Danny! Didn’t got mosquito bites at the lodge at all, (but be prepared at night in the jungle🤫). Last but not the least, the food at the lodge was fresh and simply delicious (I tried some fancy restaurants at Cusco but I liked the food at the lodge more!)

The Amazon Muyuna Lodge is an ecolodge in the Tamshiyacu Tahuayo Communal Reserve , situated on the Amazon River shore, 3 hours from the centre of Iquitos. The location was amazing. Great to have so much wildlife around you. Meandering down the Amazon river each day was so relaxing and peaceful. Loved spotting all the sloths, monkeys and various birds from the boat and also when we did a trail in the jungle. Seeing an ant eater up close climbing a tree was a highlight as well as the pink dolphins. Our guide , Larissa was excellent.

The food is excellent, the staff are amazing. It’s clean, the pool was great. Surroundings and to sit in the garden looking at the Amazon river watching the dolphins you couldn’t ask for more. Also the excursions laid on were out of an adventure novel.

Ämak Iquitos Ecolodge - All Inclusive asub Santa Claras ning pakub täispansioniga majutust ja ekskursioone jõe ja vihmametsa juurde. Ämak Iquitos on võrratu majutusasutus. Mel olid väga huvitavad ekskursioonid giid Carlosega. Carlos on väga kompetentne kõiges ümbritsevas. Eriti meeldis kalalkäik ja dzungli külastus. Püütud kalad tegi Carlos meile õhtusöögiks:) Saime teada palju huvitavat nii looduse kui kohalike kommuunide kohta. Kõik toidud (3x päevas) olid restorani tippklass ja ma ei liialda:) Ideaalne kokk. Personal väga lahke ja ümbruskond-olustik puhas ja meeldiv. Meie majake oli puhas ja armas. Kui tekib küsimus millist majutusasutust seal kandis külastada siis meie poolt on vastus kindel- Ämak Iquitos!
