We arrived in the dark, and our host was so gracious, and came out to meet us at the street, because we were a little lost. This property far exceeded our expectations and was even better than the pictures. The host were so kind and assured that every need was met. The property is so beautifully designed. Guests have maximum privacy, but use of all the amenities. We had such a nice visit with our hosts and received great recommendations for things to see and great restaurants. I didn’t think places like this still existed. It is a slice of paradise!

Whether we had questions about the apartment, needed help planning our days, or wanted recommendations for local experiences, he was always available, incredibly kind, and eager to help. His suggestions made our trip so much more special—we saw and did things we would have never discovered on our own. It's rare to come across someone so genuinely dedicated to making guests feel welcome and at ease. We can honestly say we’ve never had a better stay, and that’s entirely thanks to Benjamin. If you’re lucky enough to have him as your agent, you’re in for a flawless experience. Highly recommend!

Great location (quiet place with private beach), spotlessly clean and perfectly equipped (including bikes and kayaks) and amazing host - Suzy.

Raiatea sur Mer has mountain views, free WiFi and free private parking, set in Opoa. Beyond expectations. Quiet, spacious and very comfortable bungalow. Direct access to the water, where swim, snorkeling and kayaking just await! Everything is well thought, both functional and "solid". The hosts are very generous with their food, boating, and hospitality in general, including planning trips and such. You need a vehicle (or can rent theirs). I had rented a scooter in town and enjoyed this particular corner of the island.

It was a fantastic location on the island and within a bikes ride (provided with the property) to the main town. Kayaks were also provided so we’re able to reach the small island of Ofetaro easily enough for snorkeling and swimming!
