The hosts are very generous with their food, boating, and hospitality in general, including planning trips and such. You need a vehicle (or can rent theirs). I had rented a scooter in town and enjoyed this particular corner of the island.

It's an extremely clean, beautiful cozy small house in a really peaceful part of the island. The property itself is amazing with a great pool and amazing view, the owners are very helpful and nice. I would recommend it and would like to come again. Just keep in mind that you need a car or scooter because it's not close to the airport but it's a more interesting area than Uturoa.

Kayaks provided for paddle to public atol (motu) nearby. Lots of Snorkeling around the motu as well. Owner met us at airport with rental car. Owner gave a book full of local tourism information, restaurant recommendations, etc. She spent an hour with us getting us settled in and oriented. The home is perfectly maintained and spotless clean. Fresh flowers everywhere. Well appointed kitchen, super bathroom with big walk-in shower. Very comfortable bed. A/C works great. This is a great find.

The hosts were great. They drove us to a restaurant when we arrived late and there was only a few restaurants open, gave us their number to call them to pick us up.
