The airport pickup worked perfectly, and we received a very warm welcome with flower garlands, which we truly appreciated. The accommodation was spotless and new. We especially loved having free bicycles at our disposal, which made exploring the island so convenient. The small, charming terrace and the fully equipped kitchen had everything we needed. The air conditioning worked perfectly as well, ensuring a comfortable stay. The drop-off at the airport was just as smooth and well-organized. I would book here again without hesitation. Rangiroa Te Manuia Lodge se nachází v destinaci Rangiroa a nabízí ubytování s klimatizací, patiem a bezplatným Wi-Fi. Extremely comfortable accommodation, which was planned and built by my host. So amazing to have aircon and a beautiful power shower. Everything is new and spotlessly clean. Very comfortable bed and the best pillow in French Polynesia! Very quiet, peaceful location. Just 2 minutes walk through palm trees to a most stunning beach, which is actually next to probably the most expensive hotel in Rangiroa! Very kind, considerate hosts. Upon arrival I was festooned with a garland of sweet-smelling flowers. That evening, my hosts and their daughter presented me with a very welcome bowl of fruit and a plate of smoked fish. There is also fresh drinking water available. One evening I was dropped off in the dark at the wrong location by the dive company. A quick message to my host and he came and picked me up. Another day he invited me to come to the harbour with him to see the visiting nurse sharks. To our amazement a huge hammerhead also paid us a visit! After checkout I had a 4 hour wait which I was able to spend on the terrace under cover from the fierce sun. It was magical to spend time in one of the swinging chairs. My host promised me that he would say goodbye to me at the airport. True to his word, he suddenly appeared just as I was about to board the plane.

Gorgeous atoll experience, laguna side, very tastefully decorated coast house right on private beach. Like overwater. Swimming, even some snorkeling right at doorstep. Crisp cleanliness, fully loaded fridge (consider it brekky included), even rice for cooking. Sunbeds, bikes (though ocean winds not supporting longer tours on single road). Dolphin watching in Tiputa Pass 8 mins on foot. Two small eateries open for lunch, dinner (until 9pm), small shop opens early but runs out of bread quick and sells no cane or rye. Nothing open on Sunday! Local diving club provides no snorkel tours to the nearby Aquarium site, contact DéDé Excursion (see Gmaps ) instead in advance for that (we checked with them late, unfortunately). Hosts are nice, even received suprises! Payment w/card an asset. Be aware that Vodacard SIM not working neither on Rangiroa nor Fakarava - choose else.

Every morning, the host greeted us with a fresh baguette and fruits from their garden. The Wi-Fi is strong and absolute stable. There is a fully equipped kitchen. We could use their bicycles anytime. Transport from and to the airport was also arranged.

We spent some time at tiputa lodge, which is a perfect place to relax and be away from the crowds. The quite new house is divided into the part where Henry lives and the flat, which he rents out, so one is the only guest. The apartment is beautifully furnished and is designed to perfection. We found ourselves mostly sitting outside on the terrace overlooking the lagoon. It is a nice place to snorkel and swim and I also went out on the Kajak provided. There are also deckchairs at the water. You have two bikes to explore the islands.The internet is superfast and reliant. Henry makes a great breakfast, we loved all the coconut breads, cakes and the best sweet coconut water. Also he makes very nice joghurt. At night he would pick up something from the snack for us or drive us to a small restaurant and come to pick us up to bring us back. (He did not advice to bike at night because of the dogs). We had a lovely time at Henry, we shared his passion for diving and we can recommend Tiputa lodge 100%
