Set in Žaga and only 28 km from Triglav National Park Information Centre, Chalet Julian offers accommodation with river views, free WiFi and free private parking. The apartment was so nicely designed and had everything we needed with a well equipped kitchen and views from every window. The inside was only surpassed by the amazing views from the private terrace. A short walk to a great pizza restaurant and short drive to all the best attractions in the valley. The hosts were amazing and even set up a canyoning trip for us last minute. We ended up extending our stay because we loved it so much. I’ve stayed at many properties via Booking over the years and this was top tier! Really hope to be back one day!!!

The location is absolutely beautiful, just like the pictures show. It's the perfect base if you want to explore the Triglav nationalpark! The river nearby is super beautiful and within walking distance. The garden has no fence, so if you travel with a dog you can have him on a leash outside, which is no problem :) the kitchen is well equipped and the host responds quickly if you need anything. Highly recommend staying here!

Bojana treated us with delicious dumplings. We had a great stay!

It felt luxurious - the house, the setting and the host was very responsive and added so many little things that a traveler might need. This was a great place if you are looking for somewhere near Staro Selo. I came to enjoy a meal at Hisa Franko (there were no more rooms available at the restaurant) and this was an ideal alternative! Very clean, comfy bed, nice shower, and the sauna was a big plus! It’s nice to sit on the porch at sunset and if it’s clear, you can even see Krn. I would absolutely stay again if I am in the area.
