Located on a 15-acre operational farm, Tanzanice Farm Lodge offers accommodation within 4 km of the town of Karatu. The Lodoare Gate into the Ngorongoro Conservation Area is 12 km from the property. The staff was so kind. The family style meals were so delicious. I loved dinner. The pool was nice but we didn't have enough time to swim as it rained in the morning. The beds and room were comfortable. The hotel is near the entrance to Ngorongoro Conservation Area so it's pretty convenient to stop there on the way into or out of the park. The hotel supports a farm and local school which I love. One of the staff was a former student of the school -- she was very sweet. They also clean your bags- I was shocked by how dusty everything got on safari. I would definitely stay here again.

Providing garden views, NGORONGORO CORRIDOR LODGE Karatu in Karatu provides accommodation, free bikes, a garden, a shared lounge, a terrace and a bar. Spacious and great location to visit the Crater. Ambience was good. Rooms modestly furnished but functional . And the staff was exceptional both the manager and the ladies employed there.

Pembeni Rhotia features mountain views, free WiFi and free private parking, located in Karatu. There is a private bathroom with shower and free toiletries in each unit, along with bathrobes. That’s my favorite money/value place in the region with perfect location.

Swimming pool area was something special after the safari with a stunning view on the manyara lake! Bar and afternoon exhibition of local people! Jambo! Evening time is really suggestion , they will attend you from the room to the lobby restaurant etc while you can hear the iena in the night. Good food ! Perfect room

Boasting a sun terrace with a swimming pool, as well as a garden, Octagon Lodge is set in Karatu. The property has pool and garden views. Our flight was delayed and we arrived very late but they staff were super friendly and kind. Lodge was comfy and clean, breakfast good with delicious packed lunch for our safari. When you arrive at Octagon Lodge you know you’ve arrived in another world.
