Staff were so amazing and made our stay so much better, very attentive, smiling, helpful, they are definitely big part of what makes this place so great. At first we had reserved only 3 nights but prolonged twice to total of 6 nights, so we could stay there longer. Location of the bungalow is very good, very close to some highlights of the Ninh Binh area. Hang Mua view and cave is located like 5 minutes by bicycle. Bich Dong pagoda is 20 minutes by bicycle, very close. Breakfast was really good, other food in the restaurant we also enjoyed. We stayed in our own bungalow, it was very peaceful and very quiet also with the waterfront view. The place was clean, room was spacious enough, large bathroom. Beds were also quite comfy. You can rent bicycles and bikes there, which we did and enjoyed. Staff remembered us so anything we needed we didn't even need to say the room number, they immediately knew. Also they have very cute doggos there a mum and a puppy 10/10.

We arrived to Tam Coc in the middle of the night at 4.30AM after a night bus. The friendliness of the personal is exceptional, we were greeted by the owners brother and we could leave our baggage and wait by the swimming pool. They let us take the free bikes and go wandering around during quiet hours of sunrise, which was an amazing experience. When we got back, the room was ready around 9 AM, although our check in was later, which I am forever grateful for, since we were absolutely exhausted by that point. The place is in a perfect location, just far from the bustle of the town, but nearest cafes and grocery stores are 2 minutes away. Just outside the bungalows there are beautiful views on rice fields and mountains. The bungalow bed was huge, we missed breakfast because we had such great sleep in it. I absolutely recommend staying here.
