Everything is clean, beds are super comfy. When the shower head broke he immediately fixed it within 24h. You can have breakfast, lunch and dinner for reasonable prices and all meals very good and delicious. I'm all positive about my 4-night stay, highly recommended!

Robort and his family were incredibly friendly and helpful. They assisted me in arranging all my trips, including how to get to the treehouse, transportation to the airport, booking flight tickets, visiting the volcano, and even took me to the celebration. When I didn’t have enough cash to buy a ticket, Robort kindly helped me cover 600 Vatu—I’m truly grateful for that. His daughters were also adorable and guided me through the local tribal culture. They were all very patient. The condition of the treehouse was better than I expected. While it’s inevitable to see some small bugs, I didn’t encounter any rats. The treehouse is located right opposite the entrance to the volcano, just a two-minute walk to the ticket office—very convenient.
