Czech RepublicThe hotel was magical, a big mountain complex as you would imagine. The staff was super friendly upon arrival and changed our rooms on demand, the rooms were nice and beds comfortable (note that it is not a double bed, but 2 simple beds put together), breakfast & dinner was amazing - buffets were very rich, they used expensive ingredients (we had wonderful beef steak and duck). Overall, the common areas are very nice, you are not bored - there are arcade games, bowling... during the summer, the outdoor pool is amazing as well with excellent cocktail service!
I am absolutely amazed and can recommend this place to everyone! :)
Make sure to pay 10€ extra per day for mountain view, it's worth the balcony and views ;)

We stayed here as a group of 7 and had a great time overall.
We stayed here as a group of 7 and had a great time overall. The location is beautiful, the property is spacious, and the staff were genuinely kind and helpful — they even waived the parking fee because of an issue we had, which we really appreciated. The apartment easily fits large groups (it could handle 12 without feeling cramped), making it a fantastic option if you’re traveling with family or friends. A few things could have been better. Finding the key safe for self check-in was surprisingly tricky; the location link wasn’t very accurate, and we saw other guests struggling with it too. Once inside, we found the cooking range didn’t work and there were no clear instructions on how to get help after reception hours, so we couldn’t cook at all. Also, there were quite a lot of bugs outside — to be expected in early summer, but worth noting. Tips for future guests: double-check check-in instructions before you arrive, and consider bringing easy meals or dining out in case of kitchen issues. Despite these hiccups, it’s a lovely spot with plenty of room and very kind staff.Guest review byRicardoPanama - 10.0

Accommodation was excellent, very clean, comfortable and with great facilities. Wonderful location, very close to the ski slopes and ski hire shops 100m. The infrastructure for skiing is excellent, including having the choice to leave skis and boots in a secure heated locker at the lift. The slopes are mainly wide, with a good selection for all standards of skiers. Close to the ski slopes and several places to eat. Good bus service if required. Restaurant next to Manacor supermarket excellent and San Pietro (Italian) very good. It had everything we needed. The greatest advantage is how close it is to the ski lift, you only have to walk a couple meters. It also has a ski locker and access to a spa (with a pool, sauna and bath) and a small gym. We were also very close to L’Abarset, which is one of the best places for apré-ski in Grandvalira.
