The location is perfect as its on the border of Dubai and Abu dhabi . The community is amazing with Club House being so near to this property hard 1 min walk. with a gym and swimming pool. the community is peaceful and very quite. there is a bigger swimming pool also near by . overall it was an amazing experience.

I recently stayed at this hotel with my four kids and I have to say, it was exceptional in every sense. The hotel's location was ideal for walks with green surroundings that made us feel like we were in Norway. We enjoyed a short walk to the Outlet Village Mall, which was a cute little Italian-vibed mall, perfect for enjoying an ice cream and coffee in the outdoor area. The facilities for kids in this hotel are amazing. My kids had a blast in the play area, played the PS5, and enjoyed the nicely sized swimming pool. The available bicycles were also a great hit with my kids, who enjoyed biking in the hotel area and even riding the bikes to the Outlet Village Mall. The hotel's supermarket was also a big hit with my 4-year-old, who kept asking for money to go buy stuff while I watched from a safe distance. It cost me a few pennies, but it was totally worth it haha. Another great feature of this hotel is the laundry service. It was amazing being able to do laundry while being able to watch the kids in the play area located right outside the laundromat. We really appreciated the shuttle service that took us to different places, including Ibn Battuta. Although, there was one instance where we waited for the shuttle to take us back to the hotel but it didn't show up, so we ended up taking a taxi back. We informed the reception about the issue and they apologized for the inconvenience and refunded us the cost of the taxi, which was a really nice gesture. The staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and accommodating. Everyone was courteous and helpful. A special shoutout to the African gentlemen in security and the manager Amira who went above and beyond to help me find a gold ring I lost during my stay, I really appreciated that. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling with kids. The hotel staff were attentive, the facilities were top-notch, and the location was perfect for a family vacation.

Staff was super friendly and always ready to help us. Makbul made us the best butter masala ever. It wasn't a problem for him to make a special dish for my son. We'll come back soon.

The atmosphere is calm and relaxing. The food was excellent! We enjoyed all a-la carte restaurants. Kids were keen on a small aqua park and mini-golf.

Absolute adventure, clean and neat - doesn’t feel like camping at all. The staff was incredibly friendly. I would 100% recommend this to families with children. I’d say age 2 to 9 and the best thing is that you can go to all the other team parks in the area

Love this exquisite hotel suite with pool views! The breakfast buffet restaurant was huge with 2x food stations and the lobby was gorgeous! Love, love, loved our room and it was huge & glamorous! Most of the hotel staffs were really nice and professional! Your stay also includes their hotel shuttle bus to the famous Jumeirah Beach & IBN Battuta Mall. The most boujee hotel I've ever stayed at! A beautiful stay during our Honeymoon Trip in spectacular Dubai!!!
