The location is stunning. The service from the staff was perfect. They even gave my little one a stuffed camel during dinner time. I have allergies and I was catered for very well. 1) We visited the hotel with our kids on a rainy day and the location was easy to find.
2) When you enter you first notice there is valet parking and the reception area and corridors smell very nice and warming!
3) The front desk was extremely hospitable and friendly. They were even understanding that we came 3 hours later than the check in time and assisted us with extending the check out for a couple of hours.
4) The rooms are a high finishing and good color coordination.
5) The rooms are very clean and smell clean as well.
6) There are multiple channels for children to be entertained on the TV and ofcourse Free WiFi is provided.
7) I noticed something very useful in the bedrooms. There are long ottomans that you can put on the sides of the beds so the children don't roll over and fall accidentally which was a relief while sleeping.
8) There are universal sockets in the room to plug your devices.
9) There is a bathtub + separate rain shower which is perfect.
10) The hot water is consistent and we had no problems showering one after the other with hot water.
11) There is a kids club for them to color and draw which was great.
12) One thing that was PERFECT for us on a cold day is that there was an INDOOR Pool which I think was temperature controlled because it wasn't cold at all.
13) It is by the Buhaira/Corniche so there are many restaurants and groceries nearby.

Rooms are very clean, staff are very welcoming and very personalised interaction. I stayed twice in a two week period and received a personal message from the General Manager for the second stay. The hotel even went as far as booking the same rooms for us as our first stay that we enjoyed so much!

By the Persian Gulf, Sharjah is the capital of the emirate of the same name – the only one in the UAE to have a coastline on 2 gulfs.
Although not as internationally famous as its neighbour Dubai, Sharjah still has an exciting mix of old and new. The skyline is a backdrop of skyscrapers and many modern public buildings were designed by the ruling sheikh.
In sharp contrast is the Sharjah Heritage Area, the city’s oldest part. Here historic houses line pedestrian streets boasting some of the best museums, including the excellent Islamic Museum. On its northern edge is 19th-century Al Hisn Fort, an Arabic-style building once home to the ruling family.
Shopping in Sharjah is as big as in Dubai or Abu Dhabi. Its shopping centres include Ansar Mall and Mega Mall, while a more traditional experience can be found in Souk al-Arsah and the Blue Souk, so called because of its blue tiles and roof. Across the park is King Faisal Mosque, a gift from the Saudi king.

I did not stay in the property for even a single night.
I did not stay in the property for even a single night. Upon arrival, I was met with an unbearable and unhygienic smell that made the apartment completely unlivable. I immediately returned the keys at check-in.
Because of this, I was forced to secure alternative accommodation at additional personal expense, through no fault of my own.
Despite the situation being reported immediately, neither the property owner nor Booking.com has provided any refund whatsoever. This is unacceptable and shows a complete lack of responsibility and customer care.
I feel cheated, ignored, and taken advantage of by both the owner and Booking.com. The handling of this issue has been extremely unprofessional, and I am demanding a full and immediate resolution.

Sharjah adjoins Dubai in the UAE but there is no interconnecting public transport so you must rely on taxis (more expensive) or Uber (better choice). People in Sharjah were quite friendly, more so than Dubai although again people were not unfriendly. While there are some interesting sites to visit, it is not as grand or varied as Dubai. That said, Dubai not that special either!
Not somewhere I'll be rushing back to, but if there had not been a conference to attend, I probably wouldn't have gone there in the first place.

The lagooon area in Sharjah was fantastic and shops are everywhere at very good prices. There are lagoon cruises organized for 30-60 minutes in the evening, very good I recommend. The Lagoon promenade is fantastic... Enjoy

Well starting from the check-in process it was a smooth experience it was done really quickly and then the breakfast part that I enjoyed most. The professionalism of the staff that have a sense of humor and very friendly mostly Mr.Saleh that made my stay a great one,

A great place to visit specially when it comes to food,...
A great place to visit specially when it comes to food, shopping and visiting places of interest. A very nice less crowded and very advance and clean airport. I would definitely visit again with more time to spare. All the shops, malls and amenities are close by. You can walk along the streets to visit these places. Very homely feel. Excellent road infrastructure connecting major roads and motorways. Amazing food options and restaurants and cafes everywhere.

During my 3-day stay, everything was amazing. The hotel had a welcoming atmosphere, the staff were incredibly kind and attentive, and the surroundings were both peaceful and beautiful. It was the perfect place to relax and enjoy every moment—definitely a memorable experience!

- Staff was very friendly and helpful. We did not have enough towels and they provided it in a timely fashion. The room's telephone had to be replaced and this was done efficiently.
- Compared to hotels in Dubai this hotel was very affordable.
- The size and confort of the bed was very good - definitely of a 5-star quality!!
- There is a lovely Indian restaurant 30 meters down the street where we had breakfast.
- Several convience stores are within 50 meters of walking if you can bear the heat.

The hotel is at the center of Sharjah and very close to Dubai Airport and Festival City. The staff are friendly and cooperative and responsive and whatever service we have asked for, it was getting fulfilled in few minutes. Rooms are spacious and the beds are comfy. The hotel and the rooms are clean and the Wi Fi Service is good. The hotel has few parking area in the front and 3 floors of parking inside it. There are multiple shops and restaurants around it.

The breakfast was wonderful. The rooms were always clean. Near the hotel there is a mall and many areas to eat. Transport into Dubai was easy. Take a bus from Sahara to Stadium train station.
