United StatesI am normally quite stingy for rating but this place I can endorse as a solid 5! It has been by far the best bed and quality linens for our trip in Albania. The host was very friendly and along with her mother-in-law, took excellent care of us. Breakfasts on the front balcony were very good and included an outstanding view of the valley. For those that want to explore, it is quite close to Ali Pasha Bridge. I also enjoyed their pet tortoises.

United StatesWe had such an incredible experience at this hotel, and I would highly recommend it. Staff was lovely, everything was clean and modern, and breakfast was fresh with eggs and coffee made to order. Sitting out on our balcony at the end of the day with a glass of wine became a favorite routine before walking into the old town for dinner. Thank you!

Located in a quiet residential area, yet very central – just a few minutes' walk to the bazaar and city center. While no breakfast is served on-site, there's a charming inner courtyard perfect for relaxing with your own drinks. The rooms were beautiful, modern, and spacious. Highly recommend!

Castle was big, but we liked Berat's better. Hills are brutal to climb. Cars going in opposite directions on the same street are often a problem. If you are not on the main streets, gps will tell you to make near impossible turns.
