Beautiful city and very clean in some parts.
Beautiful city and very clean in some parts. Other parts are really filthy with lots of rubbish. The people are friendly, the food isn't bad; sometimes too salty and not spicy enough. The weather is wonderful, sunny but cool. The traffic is unbearable. There are mosquitoes, so come prepared. It's a place I would visit again.

Visa or Mastercard is not widely accepted at all places. and some shops only take Cash but does not have change for larger notes that the ATM's give you.
the Beach front restaurants mostly do take Visa/Mastercard and most CBD hotels. but the further you stay/travel outside Luanda most places only take cash(small notes) and local bank cards.

great place to stay in Luanda.
right near the hotel, a good gym and restaurants and fast food places. on a quiet street.
small shop around the corner.
yummy buffet breakfast,some different every morning.
not exactly in the center, but Yango will take you there for 1 euro.
the staff is very friendly and awesome.
they help with everything and are funny and nice.

I like everything about the hotel. I s
tay there every time I am in Luanda. The staff is very friendry, food is good. Had a wonderful time there.. Ivandro, Geny, Justino, Dionisia and others helped feel at home even been in a distant country.
