The host was extremely kind and helpful. He helped us get to the nearest gas station and made suggestions as to what to see nearby. I can not say enough about how wonderful the experience was, especially for our last night before flying out. My only regret is that we couldn't have stayed longer. We were right on the square in Laxenburg.

We liked the location of the castle in Laxenburg in the park. The apartment was very big, very clean and equiped with everything we needed (fridge, freezer, kettle, ac pole, wi-fi). It was also very quiet although the airport is quite close. The bed was very comfortable. The surrounding area offers nice paths for walking. There are also a couple of nice restaurants close by. The staff was amazing and although we arrived late they waited for us at the location. We wish we could have stayed for longer :)

Everything the Staff was very very nice and they were so considerate and friendly, the room was very very clean and very cozy, the breakfast was good and very delicious the staff asked us if we would like something else and recommended us where to go and which places are good in Austria I would 100% comeback to this place if I come again in Austria, and I would recommend this place to everyone.

Altho there is no AC in 33C heat, the spacious rooms are cool and the hillside breeze through the large windows refreshing. The stay was immaculate. Breakfast was fresh and fulfilling. Historical aspects of the schloss were everywhere evident and inspire curiosity.

Far from urban noise and overcrowded streets this place is just amazing. I have reached the hotel ours before check-in time and they prepared one room on spot. Great value as always, we always rebook this hotel especially because it has free underground parking as well as outside parking, and the wifi works great. The receptionist is always there and helped us with what we needed. Also, the curtains are really good at blocking the sunlight.
