CanadaThe room was quiet large and very comfortable with an excellent view of the runway next door. It is a 1 minute walk to the terminal and 2 minute walk to the bus stop that will take you along the coast to neighbouring towns. There were multiple restaurants in the hotel but also some cheaper options within walking distance. they also give you the option to extend your stay by the hour if needed. It was also very quiet despite its location. Highly recommend if you’re flying out!

Been to the Goldie lots but never stayed Coolangatta end before. We would definitely return. Lots of bars and restaurants, lovely beach, great spot to do some travelling south for day trips. The traffic to get to Surfers Paradise is horrendous though due to the extension of the light rail roadworks. Allow a good 30 minutes. Parking around Coolangatta is not easy, I would recommend if you're doing a large shop go early to get an easier park. We loved the beach at Broadbeach and the pub next door to our hotel. The music was great as we relaxed in the spa. The sauna was great. Great restaurants enjoying margaritas.
