AustriaThe staff in this hotel is so amazing and friendly that my whole positive experience about this hotel is built on my positive impression about their staff (reception desk, cleaning ladies, staff in the restaurant). Everyone was always friendly, smiling, helpful. Hotel is located close to big shopping mall with a lot of shops and taxi to city centrum is super cheap and the ride takes only 5-10 minutes. Breakfast is also nice, I liked traditional decoration of their restaurant.
I previously booked another hotel in the same city Hotel Tuzla and they have cancelled my reservation 1.5 days before my actual arrival (I initially booked this hotel few months in advance). As I only had 1 day to find hotel Hotel Dorrah was the only one with rooms available so I did not have many expectations. But they really positively surprised me and I think after staying with them I felt lucky that my previous hotel got canceled.

Amazing city.
Amazing city. It's very easy to get around without a car, very walkable. The prices are even cheaper than in Sarajevo, and the nightlife is incredible. Amazing food and beautiful places to see. The saltwater lakes are a must!

You can hike along the surrounded mountains and have a beautiful view to the city;
You can find many different restaurants in the center, the one I like most is hukic pekara (founded in 1890) who bakes the delicious bread from "charcoal" oven;
No direct bus from the airport to the city;
No clear bike or walking way on the main roads;
Buy a 15GB/5Days simcard for mobile internet with 4 KAMs in the airport once arrival.

My hometown recommendable for everyone to visit.
Food is good everywhere, especially in Pivnica/Taverna and Limenka.
Tuzla is easy to get around and people are helpful.

We were very impressed with the location and security of the accommodation the host was very friendly and informative answering questions as necessary. The fridge provided was a bonus and I was able to make some meals using the new cooker and hob. The bed was comfortable and a very peaceful night's sleep.
We chose this apartment because of the gated security which was necessary to protect our campervan.
I would highly recommend this apartment if staying in Tuzla Bosnia Herzegovina.

The place is amazing .... It's been by far the best run place I've stayed in all of Bosnia 🇧🇦.... the family run hotel has the most dedicated husband and wife team.
I highly recommend this place and will be back again at the end of the year.

The apartment is amazing, everything you need and very spacious. The host is super nice and makes you feel very comfortable. The location is a bit outside of Tuzla but very quiet, grocery store is right next to the apartment. Would definitely come back here :)
