I freaked out with the LED lights in the shower head. You can shower with LED lights changing automatically!!!!. I would have loved to shower only with those lights but as long as you turned the main lights of the bathroom off, the LED also turned off :(

A little gem of Ardennes with little streets peppered with fancy bars, restaurants and shops. Good both for a one-day trip and for a longer stay. Nice nature around, and a paradise for kayaking. Do not miss the Parc des Topiaires for fun. The famous green Labyrinth is nearby.

a must do tourist thing, but Durbuy can be seen in 1 hour as it's that small.
Do sit down on a terras and enjoy one of the local beers, do a hike to the viewing point using the small stairs hidden behind the hotels in the main street.
Parking is cheaper when using the parking spaces outside of the city center and within 10 minutes of walking you arrive in the city centre.

Its a great location to explore the local country side.
Its a great location to explore the local country side. We booked this house for the SPA grandprix. The drive to the grandprix is about an hour. The rest of the time we spent exploring the local areas. We will definitely come back to explore this area of Belgium maybe even for another Grand Prix.

Durbuy is an amazing City, very small but concentrate on everything you need as a tourist. Good food, a lot of original stores, People very relaxed and enjoy everything there. We visit The Topiaires Park, an amazing garden. A perfect City break.

We staid for the weekend. It was so good, with the snow. Durbuy center is very small and you can go through it in half a day or 1 day even. Although if you like walks in the nature and other activities, like horse riding or kayaking, it is nice to enjoy even more, on a long weekend or so. Really good escape from our day to day routine.

Very beautiful ancient town with a castle.
Very beautiful ancient town with a castle. It was lovely to walk through the winding streets looking at the old shops selling local produce. Nice topiary garden with many trees cut into interesting shapes. Beautiful river and geological rock formations. Quite small and does not take long to walk around.

Very clean. Friendly and helpful staff. Activities available for the teens to do in the evening (sports equipment, board games etc). We were there because we were travelling to the Formula One each day, so we didn’t need much, but having a fridge and a kettle in the room was a real bonus. There was also a microwave downstairs that the boys discovered, which we could’ve used if we needed. Generally, a well positioned hotel and well thought through. Worked really well for what we needed.

The room was nice but could have done with air-conditioning as it was so hot. The bed was comfortable though. It was an old building with very high ceilings. The bathroom was modern with plenty of hot water. Nice seating area around the back of the hotel near the river. Free secure spacious car park on one level above ground. The best thing about the hotel was the excellent location - just over the bridge from the main old part of Durbuy.

Everything was spectacular. The rooms were lovely and it was the best breakfast I’ve ever been served. Ever. Its proximity to restaurant Gaspard makes it the perfect symphony. We absolutely loved it. And Durbuy is a stunning town to visit. Do yourself a favour and make a booking here and at Gaspard.
