Not only the cleanliness and good ambiance but most important for me was the staff/employees are trained and pleasant to guests. Never failed. Special mention to those breakfast area ladies. For me, it’s always a great morning if staffs greeted me a genuine good morning with a smile… This facility never failed in giving guests a warm stay. Aside from that, I love the Dove partnership for toiletries and shower items. Fur/pet friendly topped it all :)

Edmonton is a great city, although there is far too much...
Edmonton is a great city, although there is far too much poverty on the streets and its sad to see. One can do better and be better, so that's something the City should do better at. Maybe take some pointers from Calgary or something. It has lots of things to do during each season and as the year passes by. There are plenty of places to dine in or out, and plenty of options. Edmonton has a ton of amazing restaurants and/or fast food links. The bus system needs a bit of work but once they have their trains and construction out of the way then it'll be a lot quicker to get to and from places. There are a lot fo thigs to do such as go to the casino's, or comedy shows, ice skating, hockey events, site seeing, etc...

We were there because of an emergency landing of our plane which was traveling to California. I didn't see much of Edmonton therefore. They did say Lake Louise and Banff were only 4 hours away, so that might make it interesting for someone.

The city is not the most beautiful.
The city is not the most beautiful. Many areas in it feel like industrial. We stayed 3 days in this city, and besides Waterpark and museum, there was nothing that caught our interest. The downtown was grey and empty.

The street food and regular food in the restaurants were good. The Train and Bus services were very good too. Great city but the sanitation has to be improved.
I witnessed an unfortunate accident but within 10min, the Police, Ambulance, fire services, Rescue truck all arrived the scene to help the accident victim. The response time was excellent and commendable to the authorities in Edmonton.

It is easy to get around Edmonton. I took a brief side trip to Edmonton mall. The mall itself is wearing out. It has lost it's appeal for anyone alone and looking for a shopping experience. It is lost in the eighties.

This is a beautiful hotel. The location is quiet and safe. I moved from a hotel downtown to this one part way through my trip because I felt so unsafe downtown. The staff are very friendly. I appreciate the coffee and hot chocolate always available. The breakfast was very good and the rooms were very clean. The only thing I missed was having a bathtub instead of a shower. I will definitely come back next time I'm in Edmonton on business.

Have stayed here several times now, and will continue to book at the Coast Edmonton Plaza in the future. The rooms are exactly as advertised, very clean and with comfortable beds. The staff are courteous and helpful, and parking is on par with other spots in the downtown area. There are a variety of dining options within a block or two, and overall, I enjoyed my stay here. Oh, and if you like a bidet, this hotel has some nice ones!

I am pleased with the pool being open until 11pm, and the breakfast was indeed quite delightful. The facilities were immaculate, and the staff were exceptionally friendly. Furthermore, the location is very convenient as it is close to West Edmonton Mall.
