The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, the rooms were spotless and cozy, and the breakfast selections were varied and delicious - the homemade oatmeal, fresh orange juice, large selection of fresh, quality breads and teas were outstanding. Convenient parking right outside was a bonus. We'll definitely be back!

Great place for hikers and bikers. Cable car or Post Bus takes you all the way to the top of the mountains from where you can either bike down or hike down back to the Flims town. Nice ski village, fantastic scenery, restaurants outside of hotel not great or varied as far as I can see. Hotel lovely and that makes the difference.
