AustraliaThe stay was wonderful, however it would be a better booking process if you took payment at the time of booking through Booking.com . I had my credit card hacked after I thought I had paid for the room in advance and changed the credit card details in the meantime, however the credit card when payment was due prior to arrival would not process because of obvious reasons. The threat of cancelling the booking was unfounded until my new details were to hand.

The restaurant is world-class — a real experience! Finally, the staff were extremely friendly and helpful, taking time to assist with planing our days and booking tickets. The views/location was breathtaking, the room (Duplex) was clean, comfortable and luxurious in size, and the staff was kind and helpful at every turn.
