One of the most beautiful places in Switzerland, that is not...
One of the most beautiful places in Switzerland, that is not very much known to international travelers, which means cable car prices here are way cheaper than for example Mont Pilatus. It has everything, the lakes, majestic mountain peaks, secluded Seelisberg See, the historical background. The shape of Vierwaldstättersee makes it looking like a fjord from above. I truly adore this area and I think it's highly underrated.

Perfect place!
Perfect place! It´s a very calm place and you will experience the real contact with the nature. In this region, you will have a lot of places to visit, or just to take a seat and enjoy the view of the lake.

Very clean and tidy, had all the essentials we needed and was really pleased that a Swiss plug adapter had been left for us to use as I did not realise that I would need one which was different to the other countries in Europe that I have visited. We had originally booked for the hotel next door which was much more expensive and did not have 24 hr check in and because our flight was very late and delayed, I’m really pleased we changed. Beautiful scenery.

Its location and the mountain view room was perfect! It was quiet and the bed was unexpectedly good, we slept very well in this place!
The breakfast was ok. We would also like to mention Alex that works there. His bubbly, friendly personality made our day at that hotel. He was always ready to help if we had any troubles and to explain where can we go as tourists.

My stay at the hotel for four nights was very pleasant. The room was clean and had a nice, cozy cabin style, which added to the atmosphere. The view from the balcony was beautiful, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. If I have the chance to come back in the future, I would choose to stay here again.
