United StatesThe Rondo is unstaffed so I am not rating for staff. I experienced an initial issue with check in computer needing a reboot. The help phone number was staffed and responded quickly but one wonders about not having anyone there to deal with issues that might pop up. I think you have the price benefit and have to deal with that worry, or book elsewhere. Rondo was very nice barring that hiccup.

United StatesGreat location and nice views from our back room (no.2). Easy remote check in. The self-service and prep breakfast room was fine for us as we bought some items at the local supermarket and stored in common fridge, although capsule coffee , butter and milk available were appreciated. Wil was a great one night stop on our cycle tour and we were able to put our bicycles safely and carefully inside for the night. Much appreciated.

I loved the hotel. Will definetly stay there again and I recommend it to anyone traveling in Wil. The breakfast was wonderfull, also for possibilities for fasting/vegan/vegetarian diet, they had the most lovely forest fruits you can imagine. The cheese selection was also great. I also liked the coffee/tea facilities in the room. The bed is confortable and I slept very well and woke up rested. It's a great place to stay.
