United StatesIt was the nicest place we stayed on our trip. Everything is just as described and we had plenty of room. It was so nice having 2 bathrooms. The check in process was well described with helpful photos. The parking g was very secure and convenient. It's a good location for going up to Portillo for the day, right off the highway. I would definitely stay again.

It is an unattractive town in a beautiful place.
It is an unattractive town in a beautiful place. My main reason for stopping was to see the archeological museum, which had very good reviews. The town's web site lists it as an attraction, but it has evidently been closed for weeks or months. Nothing about opening hours or reopening date is posted outside. The web site also lists a tourist information center as open during the day, but it too was closed, and no new hours were posted.

We weren't in the city itself, but in the surrounding area, in the town of Santa Maria; we had dinner at a Chinese restaurant in Los Andes, very good, fast service and next to the Jumbo supermarket and very close to the accommodation.

In my case, I always go to Los Andes to do my shopping in Chile. It has many stores, and those that aren't in that city you can find nearby, like in San Felipe, 20 minutes away by car, or in Santiago, an hour away.

Los Andes is a typical small town in Chile where much has remained in time and that is the greatest charm of such places and the extraordinary beautiful view of the mountains that surround the entire city. Los Andes is only twenty minutes away by car from the casino Enjoy Santiago and the famous sanctuary of Santa Teresa de los Andes.

What I liked most was the tranquility.
What I liked most was the tranquility. The Juan y Medio restaurant was very good and the staff was friendly, as was the hotel staff—a seven out of ten. It's an easy place to find, the hotel bar was very well run, and the spa was very good. Thank you.

I wouldn't have stayed a second longer as soon as I walked...
I wouldn't have stayed a second longer as soon as I walked in! But the reservation wasn't refundable... the worst place I've ever been to, and on top of that, ridiculously expensive for the terrible service. And the receptionist swiped my card twice to charge me an extra fee for a foreign card.

Staff very friendly and helpful, even accommodating and early checkin which was very much appreciated. Rooms are spacious and clean. Pool and general guest areas of hotel are well laid out and very comfortable. Food at on site restaurant very good. I do highly recommend this hotel.

A very comfortable hotel! Big and not hot room. I could sleep without aircon. Comfy bed. Nice swimming pool with view of the Andes. Good breakfast with fruits, cakes, varm eggs, different cheese and ham.
The grown up gentleman in the restaurant is unusually friendly!

Super friendly and helpful staff. Lovely clean hotel which is well organised. Very clean swimming pool. Lovely dinner in the restaurant - nice breakfast. Safe storage for our 2 bicycles. Good air con, plenty of hot water in the shower. Beds comfortable and room quiet.

When I did the booking I was asking for two queen-size room for 2 adults and one 12 years-old child. But after the room selection the reservations was just for 2 adults. I had to pay 50% extra in the hotel.
