United StatesOur experience at the Paradise Bay Hotel was truly exceptional. The room exceeded our expectations, as it was immaculately clean, well-organized, and equipped with everything we needed. The bed provided an exceptional level of comfort, ensuring a restful sleep. Being a new hotel, everything was in pristine condition, which added to our overall satisfaction. The staff members were incredibly friendly and accommodating, particularly the kind-hearted front desk lady who assisted us. The hotel's restaurant was a highlight of our stay, offering an amazing dining experience. We opted for their surf and turf special, which was simply spectacular. Our compliments go to the talented chef who prepared such delectable dishes. Furthermore, our server was outstanding, delighting us with his skillfully crafted margaritas. Breakfast, which was included, proved to be equally delicious, accompanied by excellent service. Discovering this hidden gem made us immensely happy, and we only wish we could extend our stay. It was an absolutely perfect experience overall.

United StatesWe loved everything about the property. The room was comfortable, clean wonderful the pool was the view of the ocean was wonderful. Most of all the staff was so welcoming and so good. They really made you feel comfortable. I wish I had the names of all the staff, but one of them Fabiola was very helpful and pleasant to deal with would definitely recommend and we will return again
