CanadaAmazing property. Markus has built an awesome place to visit and enjoy just outside of Quepos. Our house, the San Antonio 2 bedroom, was a little rustic but very comfy. Nice beds, nice shower, plenty of room.
However the room isn't the point of this property - it's the land. The private jungle and trails are just as nice as the national parks, but much less crowded. We saw an incredible number of frogs, including poison dart frogs, Toucans, birds, huge spiders, and even a Neotropical river Otter - which Markus hadn't even seen before! The trails are quite well maintained and well marked. The river and trees are amazing as well.
The pool is also spectacular - our kids loved it. The Cabana next to the pool was a lovely spot to enjoy breakfast as well. They even provide some food such as bananas and mangos grown right on the farm!
Markus clearly loves the land and the property, and has put a ton of effort into creating a beautiful place to visit - he was also a great host. Happily answering our many questions and providing information about the different species of animals around.
A really, really unique gem that my whole family enjoyed. Do yourself a favor and book this hotel.

United StatesDiego, our host, who lives close by, was very friendly, available and accommodating. He met us for check-in and check-out. This house is in a gated community being developed by CR Tropical. The location is about 15-20 minutes slow drive on a gravel road into the jungle/rainforest! (Note all roads in CR off any main highway are gravel with potholes). The house is totally private. From the porch (which surrounds the entire house) we saw monkeys, toucans and morpho butterflies. Comfortable king bed. Excellent WIFI and air conditioning.

Irelandthe view from my room was just spectacular! i slept with the curtains open at night and was so lucky to witness amazing sunrises. also from the restaurant and reception area,the view of the other the side and sunset was just heavenly. i felt like i was in a cloud!
Room was big and great shower. balcony great with hanging chair and cosy couch too.jose from the tour included was very good and charlie was great and gave me a late check out so my daughter could nap.
was a fantastic couple days to unwind and connect with nature. saw monkeys, birds , frogs & squirrels. Good breakfast

The location is perfect and in walking distance from a variety of good international and local restaurants and nightlife of Manuel Antonio. The Manuel Antonio National Park is within 10 minutes driving from the hotel. The staff is very helpfull and nice to the guests. There is a bar and pool for relaxation. The breakfast is delicious. I will definitely recommend this hotel.
