We booked a private wellness and enjoyed outdoor jacuzzi with beautiful views as well as nice sauna. Lobby is quite modern and it was nice to relax with some drinks in front of the floating fireplace. Staff was really friendly and our receptionist Kamila was very helpful. Breakfast is included in the price and has a great selection. We also dined in their own restaurant and the food was delicious.

United StatesI arrived in the city at 10, and despite the check-in being from 14:00, they let me use my room without any additional fees. This allowed me to start my ski day without worrying about where to leave my stuff until 14:00 and simply enjoy the beautiful weather and great slopes. The main lift is very close to the hotel, making it easy to take a short break in the room and return to the slopes without walking far.
Breakfast was included and had everything I enjoy eating in the morning. In conclusion, this is the best value for money in Harrachov if your goal is skiing or staying close to the lift. Thank you very much for hosting me! :)

CambodiaThe facilities incl. breakfast and dinner was great value. The room had a large led tv, nice seating and table arrangement, but no kettle otherwise nice comfortable. Hot water shower took a good 10 mins to heat up but was from then on nicely hot.
Dinner was great on arrival day and both times breakfast but 2nd dinner wasn't as good, just 2 choices to compare to buffet dinner with 5 different varieties and salad etc. Staff was always very attentive and helpful in any possible way.
The immediate surroundings with Terrasse overlooking a little river and great views to the mountains.
Small swimming pool and gym included, extra for sauna, spa and massage.

It is a fantastic location, surrounded by beautiful nature. It is the home to some excellent restaurants ( our personal favorite: Hotel Praha)! There are also plenty of indoor ( Glass museum) and outdoor activities to enjoy!

A gorgeous town in the mountains.
A gorgeous town in the mountains. Having stayed previously in different towns in Krkonose like Smrzovka, and Spindleruv Mlyn I can definitely say I prefer Harrachov. It's a great size, with nice restaurants and hotels, but remote enough for you to feel you are escaping the hustle and bustle of the cities and towns.
The nature around is beautiful, and the waterfalls, mountains and forests that engulf the town are perfect for leisurely walks and exploration.

Go to Mumlava vodopad if you like to swim and watch waterfalls.
Go to Kamenicky vodopad if you like mountain hiking and quite places.
Try the glass and beer factory.
Try the "honey roasted duck" at Teressa.

Wellness was amazing and was included in the price (from the 3 saunas one (the steam sauna) was out of order) ,
Dogs are allowed in the hotel,
There is a pool table and piano in the big common room (piano needs tuning though!)
Coffee was amazing! Real bean coffee at breakfast,
Breakfast included from 8-10 am,
The restaurant of the hotel offers wonderful and tasty meals,
Very kind receptionist,
Free parking (if there are enough slots, otherwise it's 200 kč/day on nearby parkings)

First at all it’s always a big pleasure to get the personal welcome letter from CEO&Owner. Huge thanks to Ing. Lukáš Pytloun for keeping such tradition. We felt ourself as family who came to their best friend.
The room was big enough, warm and with mountain view from the balcony.
Big thanks to Tomaš for fantastic unforgettable sauna ritual. We got aromatherapy plus “dance of towel” in sauna. Highly recommend to visit it!

The hotel is spacious and nicely decorated. It is situated very close to the ski area. But the most precious is the attitude of the personal, the people who work there are exceptionally cheerful and professional. The food is tasty, and the whole atmosphere is very positive.

The location is near to the bus station and close to the cross country ski trails. The host is nice and helpful. The room is spacious and clean. The hotel has a room for ski storage.
