United StatesThe hotel is located in beautiful valley overlooking ski slopes. Hotel has a very cozy feeling, is family and pets friendly. We booked a private wellness and enjoyed outdoor jacuzzi with beautiful views as well as nice sauna. Lobby is quite modern and it was nice to relax with some drinks in front of the floating fireplace. Staff was really friendly and our receptionist Kamila was very helpful. Breakfast is included in the price and has a great selection. We also dined in their own restaurant and the food was delicious.

United StatesI arrived in the city at 10, and despite the check-in being from 14:00, they let me use my room without any additional fees. This allowed me to start my ski day without worrying about where to leave my stuff until 14:00 and simply enjoy the beautiful weather and great slopes. The main lift is very close to the hotel, making it easy to take a short break in the room and return to the slopes without walking far.
Breakfast was included and had everything I enjoy eating in the morning. In conclusion, this is the best value for money in Harrachov if your goal is skiing or staying close to the lift. Thank you very much for hosting me! :)

United StatesVery good breakfast, nice pool, clean and big rooms. I had the lunch menu once, it was cheap and tasty. I was there in summer and it was almost empty, as was the whole town. Seems odd as there is some nice hiking in the area, and many many restaurants (most empty as well). Restaurant prices (in general) are a bit high but not outrageously so.

It is a fantastic location, surrounded by beautiful nature. It is the home to some excellent restaurants ( our personal favorite: Hotel Praha)! There are also plenty of indoor ( Glass museum) and outdoor activities to enjoy!

A gorgeous town in the mountains.
A gorgeous town in the mountains. Having stayed previously in different towns in Krkonose like Smrzovka, and Spindleruv Mlyn I can definitely say I prefer Harrachov. It's a great size, with nice restaurants and hotels, but remote enough for you to feel you are escaping the hustle and bustle of the cities and towns.
The nature around is beautiful, and the waterfalls, mountains and forests that engulf the town are perfect for leisurely walks and exploration.

Nice hotel partially renovated. We had free upgrade from booking to Superior room for 3 people. So superior room for economy price was great, but taking into consideration what would it cost, it has some lows. Great staff from waitresses to cleaning. Good location for hikes and city centre is not far away. Nice restaurant for let’s say expectable prices. It has billiard, darts, wellness, and even though our kid is too small I would say it has nice program for kids with animators, playground outside and inside.

First at all it’s always a big pleasure to get the personal welcome letter from CEO&Owner. Huge thanks to Ing. Lukáš Pytloun for keeping such tradition. We felt ourself as family who came to their best friend.
The room was big enough, warm and with mountain view from the balcony.
Big thanks to Tomaš for fantastic unforgettable sauna ritual. We got aromatherapy plus “dance of towel” in sauna. Highly recommend to visit it!
