SlovakiaWe really liked staff who worked there. There was a nice lady at the recpetion who gave us wine glasses and robes for free. Also, the manager was extremely friendly and helpful. The room was cleaned daily. The location is amazing, few meters from bus station and few minutes form city centre. Overall, very pleasant experience, we enjoyed our stay in Liberec

The hotel responded to our travel needs and all concerns before and during the stay. The online registration went really well, there was a welcome note in the reception listing all our names, including the kids. A great human touch for a self-checkin hotel. The hotel was in a quiet part of town, the parking lot was spacious enough. The breakfast was really nice. Nice hot water in the shower.

United StatesThough not located in the city center, the hotel was close to Jested mountain (ski area) with a nice playground. The hotel was in incredibly beautiful nature setting.
The hotel itself was new, modern and clean.
We had a car but I discovered a tram nearby that would take you to the Liberec city center, ZOO and Aqua Park.
Nicely staffed with polite and helpful staff. English was perfectly spoken.
Like most European hotels the rooms FFfit only two people but our SUITE had a child’s nook.
Well, our 16 year old grandson had to curl up to fit and we had to purchase additional room for my daughter with her little one.
There was lovely large outdoor space including a children’s playhouse but the most important and wonderful part of our stay way was the children’s room fully equipped with toys, puzzles and books.
Potty and child’s stepping stool to reach sinks.
Did I mention a great breakfast?

Everything was great: comfortable and clean rooms (especially i liked teddy bear on our bed), nice and polite stuff. And the thing i wants to mention the most it's of course the breakfast : that was the most awesome breakfast i ever tried in hotels, with variety of choices. Looking forward to be back to that beautiful hotel !

SerbiaI loved my stay at this hotel. The apartment is clean and well-maintained.
The location is excellent, just a minute or two from all city attractions, shopping centers, and restaurants. Parking is in a safe, fenced area, which meant a lot to me since I came by motorcycle. Everything I needed was within walking distance.
The only downside was the internet speed, but with mobile data as a backup, it wasn’t a problem. I would happily stay here again.

Poor value, poor service.
Poor value, poor service. (1) The listing included washing machines (this was an important factor for me). When I checked in, I was told that they were out of service. The next morning, I saw they were in service. I emailed to ask about use (the reception desk was not open, despite the claimed hours on the door) and never heard back. (2) My mini-fridge was not working. I emailed them; never heard back - but I know from a later conversation (once I actually found someone in reception) that they did receive it. (3) Reception desk hours are posted as 7:00 to 22:00. It is almost always empty, doors locked, no lights on.
The premises are nice enough, fairly new looking and clean. But for the amount they charge and the remote location from the city center, even without the poor service described above I strongly suggest people look elsewhere.

Liberec is a pleasant Czech town with some nice architecture in the center, views to hills in the distance, and some rather nice spots for craft beer. The zoo and the technical museum (with lots of transport vehicles) are nice places to spend time. The restaurant in the cellar of the city hall is both architecturally nice and offers really nice meals (the garlic soup is excellent), Barvirna has a great craft beer selection and nice burgers, and the Azyl beer bar is a bit rougher around the edges but with a solid beer selection too.

Liberec is a quite nice location for a weekend getaway.
Liberec is a quite nice location for a weekend getaway. You can arrive on Saturday and spend the day hiking to the Jested tower where you can have a nice late lunch/early dinner and then go back to the city. The other day is enough to check out the Museum of Fine Arts (Lázné, originally a spa from the 19th century), the The North Bohemian Museum (Muza) and the Zoo or the Botanical Garden.

Lots to see and do for a family holiday, especially if you do not mind travelling a bit every day. Especially good if you like hiking in the many nearby woods and hills. In the city there was a zoo, botanic gardens, museums, galleries and several places to swim (indoors and outdoors). We also made trips to Zittau in Germany to ride on the steam railway, the three border point (CZ, DE, PL), Frydlant castle, the Jizerka hills and Bedrichov.

Liberec is a great city with plenty to do with a family of...
Liberec is a great city with plenty to do with a family of children between 4 and 12 years old. There are lots of great shopping malls, great parks for the kids which are much better than the UK, for food and eating out it’s cheaper than UK. The supermarket food prices are the same as UK. It’s easy to travel by bus or coach from Prague airport but I would recommend a car to make the most of it. It’s 90 minutes from Prague and the motorways and easy to drive on. Things we’d recommend- Aqua Park, Babylon, Fun Park Babylon, IQ Landia, Hop Arena a trampoline park, Park Mirakulum and Fajn Park are both worth a day out if you have a car, they are 90 mins from Liberec but worth it for kids 4-13 years old. The Eco Park in Liberec is great, the zoo, the museum and the area around there is beautiful with all the architecture. Definitely the nicest part of Liberec. And there are plenty of walks and nature to explore around Jested, Bedrichov, and Javornik which are all accessible by bus. All these areas have ski slopes but are great in summer too for the toboggan runs and parks and walks with the family. The main things are the quality of the parks, the rides, the swimming pool in Liberec is great and cheap! Slides, jacuzzi, hot and cold plunge pools and sauna and steam rooms. Also if you like Saunas try Saunia in the Forum shopping centre. This place is as good as any sauna and spa hotel in the UK FLR about £15. We’ll worth a visit and I can’t wait to go again. Weather wise Liberec has 4 true seasons. The summers are sunny but the winter is cold with deep snow. Enjoy your trip. Hope this helps a little.

We went for a bike trip to Liberec. There was a possibility to store our bikes in the hotel which we really appreciated. Breakfast were amazing and staff always willing to help! The hotel was located in a short distance from the city center so we took a short walk to explore it a bit. The next day, we went cycling to Jested so the hotel location was also a great base for it.
There is a possibility to park your car in an outdoor parking lot opposite to the hotel for 8 EUR/day.

Having stayed in Liberec several times over the years and in various places, we were happy to try somewhere new to us. Despite its relatively small size (15m2) the room felt light, spacious and modern. The staff were great and the breakfast was far better than the one we'd had in famous downtown brunch cafe the day before.
We genuinely look forward to staying there again.

An amazing location in old square adjacent to town hall. Paid parking a bonus. Friendly helpful staff who both spoke English. Large room. Bathroom clean. Bed comfortable. Breakfast had large selection of breads, good selection of hot food, plus cereals and yoghurts. Would stay again if back in Liberec.
