The staff was very helpful and accommodating to all our needs. The room was spacious and beautifully decorated. The location is superb. We absolutely loved the SPA/Swimming pool area, it has a very warm cozy vibe. The temperature of the water in the pool was perfect, my 7 year old daughter and I have used pool at least twice a day. I've ordered a Classic massage with Ivana and it was wonderful as well. I liked the fact that hotel has a Kid's play room, it's very helpful when you travel with kids. Thank you for that! We have only positive feedback:)

This is an amazing hotel. The staff is friendly and helpful and always ready to assist. The room is very clean. The garden of the hotel is amazing The breakfast is extremely good and varied, tasty and is good for gluten free. The SPA facilities are extremely excellent and the treatments are very good. Amazing hotel, one of the best I've ever stayed in. Room was large, well equipped, spotlessly clean and beautifully decorated. Loved the rainfall shower and the hotel branded toiletries. Restaurant was fantastic, 7 course evening meal was worth it. Breakfast was tasty, although it can get busy on the weekend. Most important aspect of any hotel are the staff; everyone was extremely polite and very helpful. In front of the hotel there are brass cobbles with names of famous guests. It's fun to search through the variety of names; ranging from Peter the Great to Keira Knightley.
