Our stay was extremely uncomfortable. From the first night we found ticks inside the apartment, and the situation got worse on the second day. Sleeping was almost impossible — between the insects, the heat, and the lack of insect screens on the windows (which let flies in), we and our children could not rest properly. Because of the ticks, we had to throw away our clothes and belongings during the trip to avoid taking them back home, and even washed our car as a precaution. We booked this place expecting comfort, but instead it turned into a stressful and unpleasant experience. Definitely not as described in the reviews.

EgyptEverything was good specially the staff! They were super friendly specially Roxanne and Carolin and even gave us recommendations on where to go in Strasbourg we even ended up extending one night. Definitely recommend it and ask for Roxanne and Carolin as they will help ease your stay
