This hotel is operated by a very nice family. They all are very cooperative and friendly providing a very good service performance. They are very good recommending places nearby the hotel and in cities close to their location. The breakfast was very good. The hotel location was very near of all main activities and amenities available in this city. They provided us with an exceptional parking spot for our car free of charge and located just crossing the back street. The room was excellent, located in one of the corners of the building. It was spacious, plenty of sun illumination, very nice and clean. This hotel is highly recommended.

Dobel is a very quiet location with limited options for dining other than the local cafe, which closes around 5/6pm. The views are lovely but if you’re looking for a better evening dining experience then Bad Herrelbad is a better location to dine and only 7 km away. Visit the treetops walk close by (15kms), it’s a lovely walk and the views are stunning.

Everything was great, except that a net mosquito at the windows is missing. We found mosquito, flies and night butterflies in the bathroom. And, when closing the windows it was getting too hot inside.

The hotel is great and the staff is very nice.

The hotel is great and the staff is very nice. Always available to help and asking if everything is ok. The room and the bathroom are very spacious and the breakfast is very good, with a lot of variety to choose from. The location is perfect to rest and get away from the city. I totally recommend this hotel in case you need to disconnect and want to spend a few days in the nature.

Great location amongst the Black Forest, rooms very clean and comfortable , and the hosts were lovely and very welcoming. Breakfast was very good. We only had a one night stay as driving onto another country so didn’t have any chance to explore the area but looked beautiful. Would definitely recommend hotel and would stay again.

The room was quite spacy compared to other German hotels. We had ground floor and hence good access with the luggage to the room. Very friendly staff and breakfast was very good! (perhaps should have more coffee selections like Cappuccino etc.)
