2. Staff - every staff member we encountered seemed genuine and wanted us to enjoy Seelust as if it were their own home.
3. Breakfast - so many delicious choices!! Hot and cold, hearty and light, it was all so good! Linens and ambience was informally formal...nice table sets yet not so formal that it was imposing. Everything was kept pristine. This puts American breakfasts that are included with the stay to shame!

We only stayed overnight in this holiday apartment. It was well-equipped, with everything you could need. Key handover was straightforward, but there was no contact with the landlord. The abundance of mosquitoes in the living area certainly provided some contact with nature.

The location was beautiful. Very quiet. Easily accessible. Private parking at the property. Deer were visible in the morning. Unobstructed views. Having two separate bathrooms attached to the two bedrooms was very convenient. Beds were made, and towels were provided.

If you're looking to relax for a few days near Eckernförde, this is the perfect place. A true oasis. A few kilometers before the Friedensthal turnoff is the Eckernförde industrial park. Here you'll find several supermarkets, a drugstore, and other shops to buy everything you need.

It's a very quiet location.
It's a very quiet location. It's perfect for people seeking peace and nature. You can easily get anywhere from there. Shopping facilities are available. When I was there, it was difficult to find places to eat because the restaurants were short-staffed and had unusual opening hours (due to Covid). That might change again, though.
