United StatesThe Farmhouse is very nice and feels brand new. While the rooms are small, they are very comfortable finished to a high standard. It was very quiet and peaceful. There is no coffee/kettle in the room, but on the ground floor is a nice area to make coffee and purchase items.

PakistanI had stayed in so many hotels on life. This was my exceptional experience. That was a evacuation day in Osnabruck and my home was in the effected zone. The hotel staff went above and beyond to accomodate us. We got super early checkin to their brand new property and were allowed to leave whenever we were easy to.
I could give a thousand stars to the hotel and the staff.
