BelgiumGreat, large apartment, with a huge terrace at the 3rd floor in the building A. Very modern and spacious, super clean. We ordered breakfast the next day and they had a reduction for kids, which was quite nice. Great coffee and plenty of choices for the meal. We arrived late in the night, and we checked-in at the machine outside, the process was quite simple and straightforward, this is a very big plus for the ones travelling and not knowing when they will arrive at the destination. We loved this place!

Breakfast was basic in assortment but great in flavor and atmosphere. The whole restaurant exudes luxury and comfort, it's clearly a family run hotel and restaurant where guests comfort is more important than making the most money 😊

There is also a restaurant downstairs, and a small supermarket right outside that is open until 7pm in the week which was really useful.
The owners were also very friendly and helpful.

GermanyWe stayed here during our visit to Phantasialand and couldn’t have chosen a better place. The apartment is modern, spotlessly clean, and very comfortable. Free parking is available right next to the house, which is super convenient.
The staff is incredibly friendly, speaks several languages, and communication was very easy. We had the ground floor apartment and enjoyed spending time in the brand-new winter garden – absolutely beautiful!
The house is located in a quiet nature reserve, surrounded by meadows and forests – perfect for relaxing walks. Still, restaurants and shops are just a 5-minute drive away.
One side of the house has a lovely garden view, the other faces a calm street. Peaceful, clean, close to Phantasialand – we’d love to come back anytime!

This location is just outside of the city limits of Koln, so tickets on the S-Bahn are slightly more costly to get into the centre of the city. However the transport service is excellent and the nearest S-Bahn station is just 15 minutes walk away

Rooms were wonderful, clean and ready for us. Bathroom and shower exceptional. Breakfast was absolutely wonderful with lots of choices. Great coffee!! If we get a chance we'll definitely return to this exceptional Hotel.
