United KingdomWonderful friendly welcome and service from all the staff. Fantastic location in the centre of Lingen - a lovely small town where almost everyone seems to be as kind and amicable as the staff and guests in the Kolpinghaus.
Food was excellent - at dinner and breakfast - and our room was very nice. Will certainly stay there again if we are passing that way.

I am biased because I used to spend annual summer holidays staying with my grandparents when I was little and have loved every minute. Lingen has changed so much over the years but thankfully the Rathaus still remains the same. When I die you shall find Lingen engraved on my heart!

Nice welcome, I was able to get into my room early in the afternoon, which was nice.

Hotel is located in the Lingen pedestrian area, very nice historic building beautifully renovated and extended. Modern room, good mattress, convenient lift to the upper floors. Efficiently organized late arrival with a PIN code secured key box. Helpful instructions provided after booking for free parking in a 180 m distance from the hotel.

Basic hotel that is obviously an annex to the more modern Hotel Looken next door. Excellent breakfast/value at the Hotel Looken. Ample/safe parking in enclosed courtyard car park between the hotels. Pleasant/helpful staff in the adjoining hotel.

Rooms were spacious and the view from the hotel is fabulous.
Breakfast is also good with a reasonable price of €6.
We also liked the pool , Sona options.
Overall we enjoyed our stay.
