We had a wonderful suite on the 7th floor with a kitchen and the biggest TV I've ever seen in a hotel room. Thank you to the staff who could not do enough for us including cake for my daughters birthday. Location is great, right next to the central station in Munich and close to the old town.

The rooms were very spacious, nice bathrooms with great lighting & double sinks. The dining area was fantastic and beautiful!! I wish we had more time there and more meals there. It was truly so stylish and lovely to walk into. The outside sitting area and games were perfect as well. Again, just wish we had more time to spend there!

The location is very close to the U station so is very easy to Move to Downtown and other places around the city. Allowing you to be diverse on knowing the other areas of Munich outside of downtown. The breakfast is amazing. And the staff is just very polite and nice

    Stayed in Munich at the beginning (4 nights) and end of our trip (2 nights). We visited Allianz Arena, BMW Museum, Nymphenburg Palace, Deutsches Museum. We did a Third Reich and World War 2 walking tour. We did day trips to Obersalzberg and Saltzburg (Sound of Music) We were going to look at Olympic Park and the English Garten but the summer rainstorms were too heavy.

    Munich is a clean city. Train services were prompt and on time. Has lovely sites to visit. There is a wonderful BMW architectural structure and exciting children facilities to visit. Lovely place to go again.

The greenhouses are an absolute must-see, showcasing exotic and tropical species, but the expansive outdoor gardens are equally worth exploring.     Sunday early evening perfect time to visit Munich centre. Must see - interior of St Michael church, and Munich Dom for Vespers with Organ and young chorister, followed by evening meal at Rathaus and Ratskeller with Bavarian music and local elderly folk dancing.

    An enjoyable time in my short stay.

    An enjoyable time in my short stay. People are friendly, and there is no rush as you find in the big cities. Great place to visit. The Hop on, hop off buses are great. However, be wary as when they return to their start, they tend to then change to a different route. For example, if you hop on partway through their route, when they get back to their starting point, check with the bus driver if the route will continue or if you need to hop on another bus. The staff are helpful and friendly but just be aware of this.

    The location is quite accessible as right across the hotel, there is a bus station leading to the Munich East train station or to city centre. The place is clean, organized and easy to access with the pin provided. There are lockers for luggage storage and has a big space for your stuff. The bed is comfortable. The bathroom is clean with extra towels in the common area. It has everything I need for a longer stay and will definitely come back.
