United KingdomThe location is quiet with many very well signposted walks from the hotel. I loved the view from the hotel and the small chapel a 50m up a small hill from the hotel. Looking at the meadows surrounding the small hamlet I was very impressed by its rich biodiversity. Apparently the whole valley had been farmed organically for many years. The food was excellent with many gluten free options. I hope to return soon to explore more of the beautiful nature and mountains.

SingaporeWe checked in for a night when travelling from Slovenia toward Munich airport and what a find! Clean, spacious, quiet, so well organised. The breakfast was incredible, do it yourself pancakes, eggs our way, beautiful bread basket, all fabulous and fresh. We had a quick sauna in our room too which was awesome. When we are back / we will plan some alpine adventures in this area to stay here again - it was the best - just too short for us!

We stayed for one night at this charming family pension in Rottau while traveling back home from Croatia, and it was a lovely experience. The place was clean and comfortable, providing exactly what we needed for a restful stopover.
Although the pension’s restaurant was closed on the day we arrived, the host was incredibly helpful and directed us to a nearby restaurant, which turned out to be a great choice. The next morning, we enjoyed a good breakfast in the pension’s restaurant, which set us up nicely for the rest of our journey.
