AustraliaWhat a beautiful hotel in the best location (especially for the Christmas markets) the man on the front desk could not have been more welcoming and friendly, the concierge who brought our mountain of luggage was polite and prompt.
The room was gorgeous, a big fluffy bed, large bathroom and view onto the markets could not have been nicer, must also be noted that this was the least expensive of the rooms we stayed in at the various Christmas markets towns but above and beyond the nicest.
The bar was a great place to have an after market cocktail with the cool tunes of the piano man.
Take the valet parking if it’s a busy time of year as it’s well worth it for the ease of parking outside and abandoning your car to someone who knows how to negotiate the trams!

It has a parking garage for €15 euros per day/night and breakfast is a dream (you can choose to include it or not, for €16 extra), otherwise there is a bakery/coffee in front of the hotel that has great coffee and pastry/sandwiches.
The staff is super friendly and welcoming. Our experience was great and would choose it again!
