United KingdomI absolutely loved my stay at Jaumann’s Sudwind Sylt. The accommodation was very tastefully decorated with a great attention to detail. It had a lovely garden to relax in which you could use at anytime. The breakfasts were delicious and different each day. But above all all of the staff were very friendly and helpful and Gerrit and Elisa went above and beyond. And the island of Sylt is magical. I hired an electric bike which enabled me to see the whole island.

SwitzerlandExcellent, owner run boutique hotel in Westerland. Exceptional care is put on customer satisfaction by the owner. She is clearly passionate about hospitality and this hotel in particular. Newly renovated, very tasteful. The rooms are very large and have all that one needs.
The breakfast deserves as special mention: it is surprising, lots of little tasty pleasantries. On top there is a buffet and one can order eggs etc. One of the best breakfasts we had.
Certainly a recommendation. We will book the Hotel Atlantic again for sure.

Sea front and beach.
Sea front and beach. It's the North Sea though so tends to be windy and big waves.
Lots to enjoy in the rest of the island, picturesque sand dunes and heathland, little ports List and Hornum. Nice museums in Keitum.

Amazing scenery for those that love nature, sand dunes, birds and mudflats. Also good selection of reasonably priced restaurants and bars and also lots of shops varying from reasonably prices souvenirs to expensive finer wares.

I live the island Sylt with all my heart.
I live the island Sylt with all my heart. It’s one of the most beautiful places in the world. A gem. The cities are all different. My favorite is the city Westerland. Great shopping . Food choices are great. A little expensive but a once in a life time experience. Promenade is beautiful. The beaches are beautiful. There is something for everyone !!! I love Strandstrasse

The room is spacious and very comfortable and everything in it, from the soap, shampoo and body moisturizer to the towels and bed sheets are of very good quality.
The room was always very clean, and the staff was polite and always helpful.
The kitchen had everything you need for a quick meal.
The hotel also has a small sauna, which served well for us to relax after a day at the beach.

The Hotel is very close to the beach and downtown, yet, it is in a quiet location, allowing its guests for good night rests. The wellness centre is cozy, clean, a superb plus after long hours of bike rides. Very good breakfast provided by professional and friendly staff to ensure a good start of the day.
