We really liked breakfast, the variability of different stuff. The size of the room was fine, also the lounge and its atmosphere during early evenings.

Ideal location for Legoland and Lego House visits. Beautiful building and room. Restaurant was lovely for dinner. All the staff were really friendly but Gitte in particular was brilliant and really helpful. She checked us in, booked us in for dinner, booked our taxi to the airport all with a smile and enthusiasm. Couldn’t have wished for a better stay. We will use again.

The owner that helped us to our room was very friendly and very helpful. If you had a question or needed help the owner was always right around the corner to help out.
This hotel had some astonishing views and and a beautiful garden with lots for the kids to play around with which is perfect for the kids that still has energy after Legoland.
The hotel was also a farm with lots of animals like gooses, alpaca ostriches, horse's and the owners dogs that walked around freely and they where very happy to see us.

Billund is a small town of 6k people, so very easy to walk around and you're not far from anything you wnat to see.
Multiple supermarkets, bakery and restaurants.
And everywhere you walk, you are reminded that it's the home of Lego!
The superb Lego House is central, with lots of other buildings (not available to public)spread about.
Bus to and from airport can be bit tricky without Danish Kroner.
Lovely town, enjoyable few days there.

Two nights in Billund was plenty to see LEGO House.
Two nights in Billund was plenty to see LEGO House. Our kids were too old to see LEGOland so staying town in was preferable. Good dinners both evenings at local restaurants. Bus to Copenhagen was a breeze, just be sure to book far in advance.

Drinks are very expensive.
Drinks are very expensive. Go to the supermarket and take with you. Resturants charge 35 (£3.50) for tap water. The playline is a fun way to get children walking to each place. Everything is within a 30min walk. Free WiFi in legoland and lalandia. Resturants in town are really not worth the money. The family buffet in legoland was worth the money. Amazing food, free drinks and coffee and ice cream. Lalandia have evening entertainment, so if you are staying in a basic room. I reccomend going there in the evening. You can get a decent meal, soft play is open till 9.30pm (£6 pp) bowling, mini golf, rock-climbing, alpine coaster, singers and stage entertainment.

Legoland was brilliant. We spent two days in the park.
Legoland was brilliant. We spent two days in the park. Friday was during term time so was quiet with no queues. Saturday was very busy.
My kids were at a good age 13 & 8. They were able to gon on everything. They are strict with the height restrictions.
Lalandia Resort is also worth going to situated right across the road from Legoland.
Billund is relatively small and you can walk to most places.
Buses run regularly but some are cash only. They will take euro.
Under 12s travel free.
Mamas restaurant was lovely as was the gastropub in Billund.
Very beatiful place with cute watar park and village with houses. Very polite people, everything what you need for kids and family rest. This was the first time when I'be been in Denmark, really country like in a tale, very clear, green and tender. Regarding Lalandia, we rented this place as very comfortable and very close to Legoland - our destination.
We celebrated our son's bithday there, so this memories will remail.
Reccomend this place
Beautiful surroundings, clean and cozy apartment, very kind host who helped us arrange a cheap transfer to Legoland (a classic taxi from the airport was 3x more expensive, the driver asked us which way should he go even though it was our first time in Billund and didn’t return a proper amout of cash - okay that was my bad that I trusted him).
Very nice quiet location between fields and forest, close to Legoland. Friendly owners who tried to make us feel at home. Very good for our young boy with a small playground, a very cheerful and friendly dog and of course the horses. Nice outside terrace to have breakfast. Practical little kitchen with everything we needed.
This property was a perfect balance to stay at and enjoy beautiful Billund outside of just doing Legoland. The owner was so incredibly friendly and hospitable and the animals on the farm made this a huge hit with the kids! Made for endless adventures during our visit and will be very memorable for us!
nice small hotel conveniently located 20 min on foot from Legoland, 5 min from the bus stop, 2 minutes from Legohouse, big supermarket just next to the hotel, clean comfortable beds, reasonable (for Denmark) price, breakfast - modest choice, but everything fresh and tasty, nice and helpful staff
The location was excellent if you are going to Legoland since its only a 5-7 minute walk and the airport is close by. The breakfast was good and the facilities were clean. It's a decent place to stay for families and my son loved swimming in the pool. The check-in and check-out went smooth.
The apartment was very clean and warm. We appreciated bed linens packed separately by the laundry. The bed was also very comfortable.
By foot you can reach a furnished supermarket open till 10pm, the bus station from/to the airport, Lego House and in a bit more even Legoland.
There is lots provided to keep children entertained. The location is very peaceful but also just outside Billund and Legoland. Good amenities provided for arranging own food and drink. I also think it is very good value for Denmark which is an expensive country for tourists.
The lodge was situated in nice parkland and it was lovely and quiet. It had everything we needed for a self-catering stay. The facilities on the park were excellent and kept our young boys happy. Just a five minute bus ride from the airport, and Legoland just over the road.
The room was very good, clean and comfort. location close to the Legoland. The room had a separate garden entrance with the table outside which was very nice. Very good facilities: pool and sauna. Breakfast is very good with variety of options.
Perfect location, could enter legoland easily and quickly. Parking was easy and next to the hotel. Lots of lego based entertainment for kids at the hotel. Free buffet breakfast had a good spread.
Great value for the money (compared to others in Billund). Within walking distance to Legoland and LEGO House. Absolutely great choice for a short stay.
