Super friendly staff-they had a scavenger hunt for kids to explore the hotel and win some treasures which made the day for our daughter. Location is great! We had the Coenhagen Hop Card so the S Train 1 block away got us into the heart of Copenhagen in 25 minutes. Parking was free, there is a shared kitchenette available, super quiet sleeping with open windows, and 24 hour assorted coffee machine. Breakfast buffet was excellent.

This hotel is centrally located; however, it was hard to find due to some road construction nearby. The bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was simple but good. Nearby are plenty of restaurants and Cafés. We ate at one of the recommended restaurants and enjoyed a 10% discount. After dinner, we enjoyed a nice evening walk. There is plenty to see and do in Roskilde. The Viking Ships Museum was the highlight of our short visit. We were thankful for the room upgrade!

A lot of noise made it impossible to sleep, also missing curtain made the room full of sun in the morning. There were no hooks or storage for clothes nor luggage. No curtain around shower making the bathroom all wet, and no ventilation.

Excellent value for money. The rooms are large and clean, and have everything you need. The hotel is well located, close to highways. Of course, don't expect a rural setting. Late check-in is possible thanks to the automated check-in. Ideal for an overnight stay. The breakfast is generous.

Nothing, the woman at the reception was not friendly at all. No room service, smells bad, breakfast not good at all. I would say the worst hotel I have visited so far.
